The first two kittens in the history of Fossil Rim’s black-footed cat program were born on March 29, 2019 in the Intensive Management Area. They live with their mother. The mother and kittens can be visited on a Behind-the-Scenes Tour! Other black-footed cats live in adjacent enclosures. There is also one black-footed cat that lives at the Children’s Animal Center.
